- Other purchases outside of fuel can be authorized.
- Purchases are billed on a consolidated statement.
- Trade cycles are not static. We base them on market conditions, vehicle maintenance history, the application in which it was used, and the truck upfit affects the appropriate time to trade out a truck.
- We compile data from our telematics and ERP systems to better identify when a unit is due to be cycled out.
- We will determine the best remarketing approach based on the unit. For resale, we can utilize DTI Trucks, other dealers, or auction houses.
- RMT Trucks will charge a 10% remarketing fee for truck classes 1-3 and 15% for truck classes 4-8 based upon the sales price, plus all direct expenses incurred, including auction fees.
- Professional remarketing based on the make, model, upfit and class of the equipment. Streamlined reselling options through our dealership, DTI Trucks, other local dealers, or auction houses. RMT offers significant advantages over our commercial truck fleet competitors. We use an advanced TN360 platform that provides us with all the tools we need to track and maintain our fleet. The system provides location, geofencing, mileage, maintenance reminders, driver safety analytics, and custom alerts. With your customer portal, you will have the same access as us to check on trucks and drivers. We can also set your drivers up with their own profiles through the TN360 app to keep them accountable.
Our comprehensive ERP system allows us to upload your fleet and analyze every expense on each unit. We can provide summary-level data for aggregate spending on your fleet down to detailed level data of how much your fleet costs for specific repairs, such as tires and brakes. All this data is readily available at our fingertips and can have automated reports sent on a regular basis to keep you in tune with how your fleet is performing. We will provide a periodic fleet analysis report to track the total cost of ownership that is inclusive of all costs such as fleet management fees, monthly lease installments, repairs and etc. Any type of custom report can be generated and scheduled to be emailed to you via PDF or Excel. Data can be provided at a summary or detail level with custom charts and graphs based on request.
