This style of truck is more commonly used for towing as opposed to hauling. With the GVWR typically sitting around 14,000 lbs, utilizing a 12,000 lbs trailer would keep you under CDL. With 4×4 capabilities, this truck is ideal for mountain terrain and the winter roads. It gives you the flexibility to haul palletized cargo while also towing equipment. These platforms giving you a GCWR of around 40,000 lbs, giving you around 30,000 lbs of towing capacity and 5,000 lbs of payload*.
